How does it work ?

1. We will respond to you by mail to inform you of our production planning and process.
2. We will determine together the GBF.
3. You will receive a global offer including all costs if you didn’t use the “Offer next day” service
4. We will invite you to deposit the agreed amount on our account.
5. Once received, production will be planned and you will be informed of course.
6. You’ll get a total of 5 mails during production, included the disclaimer to be send back.
7. When your product is ready to be shipped you will be informed again.
8. You will be able to track transport.
9. Then we would like you to inform us when your package arrives.
10. We will then help you and your reseller by guidelines to install your new Mikel Tube Wooden Diving Board.

Finally, we will contact you after a while to assure us you are a satisfied customer.
