The Third Generation: Precision, Innovation, and Sustainability

The innovative curve at the 1/3 section of the board is a signature feature, giving it a unique aesthetic and perfect balance. This distinct curve is logically continued through the bracket, creating a harmonious flow from end to end. Our tensioned technique (also known as stretched assembly) is a proprietary method that combines multiple materials into a seamless structure without the need for adhesives. This process involves a carefully calculated balance of natural and engineered materials to achieve optimal performance and durability.

Here’s how we create the Third Generation board:

  1. IPE Brazilian Hardwood (FSC-certified)
  2. 100 % IPDM Rubber Joints
  3. Marine-Grade Stainless Steel MS316
